EOKA was a Greek guerilla organization trying to get the unification of Cyprus with Greece in the 1960s. They used terror against British institutions and members of the Turkish community as well, assaults against British troops, sabotage and passive resistance of the Greek majority.

The flag of EOKA, as displayed in the Soldiers of Gloucestershire Museum (website), is a 7-stripes flag divided by horizontal alternating light blue and white stripes with a squarish light blue canton divided by a white centred cross. We could also say, it is the flag of Greece minus two stripes and having an oversized canton. It seemed to be hand-made.
